Because we deal with fragile lives, we hold our team to a high ethical standard. Before applying, please ensure you align with our core values:
Uncompromising Care: We strictly advocate for large, unbroken floor space, appropriately sized safe wheels, and high-quality diets. We do not support tiny pet-store cages or dangerous accessories.
Adopt, Don’t Shop: We are strictly against backyard breeding, pet mills, and the unethical selling of hamsters for profit.
Willingness to Learn: Animal husbandry is always evolving. We expect our volunteers to be open-minded, patient, and willing to update their knowledge for the welfare of the animals.
